Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) made public announcement regarding approval of initial listing of OMNI-PLUS SYSTEM LIMITED in the form of JDR. OMNI-PLUS SYETEM LIMITED JDR is the second JDR in Japan that entrusted asset is foreign stocks.

Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation is appointed by OMNI-PLUS SYSTEM LIMITED as trustee for its Japanese Depositary Receipt (JDR) program. According to TSE’s announcement, the JDR will be listed on Tuesday, June 29, 2021.
